ABOUT
Dr. William Singer is a National Board-Certified, PhD. level clinical and forensic clinician in the State of Washington. He is also a National Board-Certified, Marriage and Family therapist, having received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Oregon State University. He earned his Master’s degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1976 in child development/testing and measurements.
His practice spans over 45 years, counseling families, couples, individuals, and children.
