Dr. Singer is Executive Director of Northwest Evaluation Center (NWEC) providing mental health evaluations and deferred prosecution services.

 

Dr. Singer  current currently serves as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in the State of Washington for cases involving high conflict divorce and custody issues.
